What one person would you like to have dinner with: A former president (any one of them). I have an appreciation for the office and would love to hear what life was like as Commander & Chief from their perspective.

One bucket list item: Ever since I saw Rudy, I’ve always wanted to attend a Notre Dame football game in South Bend in the fall.

Favorite movie: Braveheart (the score, the setting, and the story are just EPIC!)

What blessing in life are you most thankful for: My son's Nathan and Eli. We waited 7 years before God blessed us with a child, and then another 7 before we were able to adopt Eli.

What one person would you like to have dinner with: Julia Roberts, yes, I know this sounds lame, but I really love her in movies and she just seems like a super fun human being 🙂

One bucket list item: African safari! The thought of being out in the wild with some enormous, beautiful animals sounds amazing! Especially if we get to feed some!

Favorite movie: Pretty Woman… This is a classic movie for me, and I love it every time!

What blessing in life are you most thankful for: Family, Friends, and our two boys (they were both miracle children!).

Little known fact about you: Although I grew up in Tampa, I was born in the Dominican Republic in a very small town surrounded by deep valleys. I spent a large portion of my early childhood on a farm surrounded by horses, cows, chickens, pigs…all the animals!

What one person would you like to have dinner with: This is an easy one, and I always have the same answer to this question. Having lost my father when I was very young, I would love to buy the man a beer.

What blessing in life are you most thankful for: I’m thankful that everyday I get to wake up. Although my life is by no means perfect, it’s my life and I’m so happy.
